Altispinax dunkeri

Altispinax was named 100 years ago.
But it has never been quite sure what kind of carnivorous dinosaur it was.
In 2016, a re-examination of Altispinax convoluted history.
Altispinax reconstructed like a Carcharodontosauridae and with an iconic dorsal spinal.
If it is not an injury or lesion develops, I guess it has thick muscles attached to it, or a camel-like ability to store water?
