Kelmayisaurus petrolicus

Kelmayisaurus is a theropod dinosaur from the Early Cretaceous, Xinjiang of western China.
It found in 1973, not much fossil materials so that we can not sure what specific classification in long time.
Until 2011 re-description and re-induction to to be valid genus of Carcharodontosauridae.
